How the retainer package works:

Good to know:
Assigned retainer tasks get scheduled on my production calendar with a two-week turnaround time. In other words, you’ll give me two-weeks advanced notice for tasks you’d like completed.

DONE-FOR-YOU DESIGN OR COPYWRITING
Some of my clients prefer to provide a list of things they’d like me to take off their plates. This often includes:
Adding new pages* or functionality to the site (ie. events calendar, announcement bar, subscriber pop-up, etc.)
Designing items in Canva (Instagram posts, event flyers, client worksheets, etc.)
Writing or editing copy for a new service
Updating an online store with a new product or offer
* A “new” page in this scenario is a simple three-section page, not a long-form sales page. Big launches and brand-new initiatives often require bigger sales pages with extensive design and copy strategy. A long-form sales page necessitates a customized quote with a defined project scope. My custom sales page design starts at $1800.
TROUBLESHOOTING TECH ISSUES
Useful if you’ve tried to implement something on your site and ran into unexpected snags (for example — you added a new plugin to your site but need a little custom CSS to align it with your brand).

No. I keep a record of the time you purchased and the time you’ve used. You can roll hours from one month to another and use them as it makes sense for your business.

I need a two-week window to complete your tasks, and here’s why: I have a full client roster, and I tend to everyone with my signature (and soulful) care. I complete tasks as quickly as possible — always within the two-week window—but you must be aware that turnaround time isn’t instant. If that is your requirement, a VA (virtual assistant) may be a better fit for you.

It depends what I’m working on. I’m a Squarespace Expert — I know the platform inside and out. What might take you an hour to complete may only take me a few minutes. I can get a lot done in an hour. I wish I could be more specific, but that’s impossible because every task has its own set of variables and complexities.

At the start of every client call, I ask if we’ll be recording our session. Some of my clients love to re-watch training sessions, and others know they simply won’t have the time. Either way works for me!

After purchasing your retainer package, I will set up your project folder on Google Drive and send you a quick video tutorial with instructions for getting started. You can expect to receive this in about 24 hours from the time of purchase UNLESS it’s the weekend:) I close my computer on the weekends and holidays. In that case, I’ll send your goods on the soonest work day (which is typically Monday).
