About the project:

The Olympic Coast Exploration Center needed a website that could support the public launch of a significant capital campaign while serving as a professional digital hub for the organization’s mission, programs, and fundraising efforts.

This was a comprehensive custom website project that involved far more than design. Working alongside the organization’s team and campaign consultant, I developed a strategic site that could seamlessly integrate with their donation platform, CMS, and email marketing system while meeting ADA accessibility standards and supporting future growth.

Because multiple stakeholders were involved, I created customized training and feedback videos that allowed team members to review content, understand page strategy, and provide input on their own schedules. This streamlined the process, reduced the need for meetings, and helped keep the project moving efficiently.

The timing of the launch was especially important. The new website debuted alongside a groundbreaking event and the public phase of the organization's capital campaign. To ensure a smooth rollout, I worked closely with the team to implement last-minute updates, troubleshoot technical details, and prepare the site for increased visibility and engagement.

The result is a polished, easy-to-manage website that supports fundraising, community engagement, and long-term organizational goals.
