About the project:

Emm Gryner’s long-standing artist website was in need of a major overhaul. It had grown outdated and no longer reflected the depth of her career or the dynamic ways she connects with fans.

Emm is an acclaimed musician, songwriter, and author whose career includes recording with David Bowie, leading bands, writing books, and mentoring singers worldwide. She is equal parts accomplished and approachable — someone whose presence is both rock-star cool and genuinely down-to-earth. My goal was to ensure her site reflected both her impressive legacy and the vibrant ways she continues to create and connect.

I migrated her site into Squarespace 7.1 and gave it a fresh, modern restyle. Every page — from her store to her checkout flow — now feels cohesive and polished. I also created a newsletter template and walked Emm through sending updates, making it easier for her to stay connected with her audience. The redesign solved several key challenges: it elevates her credibility, showcases her incredible body of work, and gives her a dynamic, manageable home for promoting shows, events, music, books, products, and her Patreon community.
