About the project:
When Chelsea Szabo reached out to relaunch Personal Energy First, she was stepping into a bold new chapter — one that merged her work as a C-Suite coach and consultant with her holistic training as a retreat facilitator, Reiki Master, and Theta Healer. She needed a digital presence that could reflect the depth and clarity of her work while supporting her growth as a global service provider based in Southern California.
Because her original website was built on an older version of Squarespace, I created the new site in a demo environment and executed a smooth migration on launch day — ensuring zero downtime throughout the transition.
To support her lead generation strategy, Chelsea opted for a quiz rather than a traditional PDF freebie. I helped her shape the structure and strategy behind it, implemented it on her site, and integrated it with her email marketing platform. We branded every part of the quiz experience and designed a nurturing welcome sequence that delivers personalized results while building genuine connection.
She also needed a flexible way to promote her retreats, so we built a dynamic retreat section that’s easy for her to update as new events are added. To bring her brand energy into the visuals, we incorporated subtle movement throughout the site — adding flow animations that create a sense of rhythm and engagement without distraction.
Our work extended beyond design. We held strategy sessions where Chelsea could process her ideas, refine her offerings, and get targeted solutions in real time. She provided her content, and I made light edits to enhance clarity and user experience. I also helped evolve her branding — starting from a rough logo draft and building it into a refined, elevated identity.
Working with Chelsea is always a joy — she brings powerful ideas and serious drive to everything she does. Since the site launched, she’s already been invited to represent her business at a celebrity event in Los Angeles. The momentum is real, and this relaunch laid the foundation for what’s next.
